Domo has different vision from traditional mould industry so we have built up different set up to find the best solution for our customers, Domo can help the customers to evaluate the whole project from beginning .From Concepting Phase, Domo already has the capability to help our customers to optimize the design for production, Also we can help customers to evaluate the project scope and milestone and based on “Market “Product Definition” Production Facilities”….etc.

Equipment
Domo Plast Mould has factory in 2000m space with High precision milling machine , EDM MACHINE , Grinding machine, milling machine, wire cutting machine to help with high precession moulds machine process.
Quality Manager
Domo Plast mould has worked in different kinds of moulds for the past days, Domo is very experienced in industry, such as: household industry, Industrial series, Toy series, Cap series, Kitchen Series......Etc. Base on different industry Domo Plast mould has different procedure for fabricating the mould and how to approved them due to different requirement, we have all the learning curve to stable so we can directly go in business without complex communication and learning.
Domo Plast mould also has experience in different technology for plastic moulds, such as IML Mould, Thinwall Multi-cavities Moulds, Blow Mould, And experienced in using different resin such as PP/SA/MS/Tritan/PET For food industry. ABS/PA/PBT/PPSU/Fiber reinforce material for engineering industry.
Domo Plast mould has worked with many overseas customer which has covered in different industries and different working models. We worked together with customer with lots of injection moulding factories who source the moulds for them and their customer. we also worked together with overseas mold shops, we also provider prototype moulds to help customer short lead time and low cost.

Moulding
Jiesen Plastic Build in 2014 years. Now we have 10 machines from 100T to 280T. In 2019 we plan to scale up to twice capacity and up to 450T machine. Jiesen has product in wide range in Household, Electronics, Medical Area.
Testing
Test process is one of our key element in the QA system. And we have implemented different test equipment and test scope for different customers.

● Insert Molding+Over-molding
Step1: Insert high temperature resistance magnet in mold for 1 shot.
Step2: Over-Molding soft rubber on the 1st shot.
● 2K & 3k Over Molding
Using over molding knowledge to design the graphic.
The graphic can be reliable and cost saving.
● Automation
Keep investing automation to make sure the process is reliable.
Meantime to lower the cycle time and the labor cost.
